These General Purpose housings are pre-wired and made of durable steel. Adjustable housing can allow for different ceiling thickness.

Compatible trims are secured with torsion springs. Non IC rated housing must be kept 3” from insulation.

New construction mounting frame is supplied with (2) 24” adjustable bar hangers with 90º repositioning ability. Bar hangers are equipped with 3/4" serrated barbed studs for secure mounting on wood joints without the need for nails or screws. The housings are earthquake structural cable compatible for drop panel ceilings or any other mounting that requires direct support from structural ceilings.

Remodel housings are for existing ceiling installations. They are supplied with high tension remodeling clips, designed to secure the housing to an existing sheet rock ceiling for fast and easy installation.
The junction box is pre-wired and made of galvanized steel with 1/2”, 3/4", and Romex knock-outs for multiple wiring input options.

Listed for through-branch wiring (8) No.12 AWG 90°C and damp locations.
